This isn’t a one-size-fits-all training. It’s a hands-on, heart-led, business-ready program that helps you turn your calling into a practice—and your connection with horses into a powerful catalyst for healing and growth.

A Partnership Like No Other: Learning to Coach with Horses

You will learn to partner with horses, not use them as a tool.

Our approach is centered on deep respect and conscious partnership with horses. You’ll learn to:

• Recognize and respond to a horse’s subtle (and powerful) energetic feedback in a session.

• Recognize energetic cues and emotional shifts that guide the process.

• Create a safe, co-regulated space where both horse and client can feel safe and relaxed, and open to transformation.

• Understand your horse as an intuitive partner, not a prop.

• Facilitate sessions where horse and human come heart to heart—and transformation happens naturally.

And don’t worry—no prior horse experience is required. We teach basic horse handling, care, and connection skills so you can feel confident, safe, and grounded, whether or not you own a horse.

• Building or expanding your business—including how to collaborate with horse facilities if you don’t have your own.

We combine experiential learning with real-time mentorship, so you’ll gain both confidence and clarity as you grow. Whether you’re brand new to coaching or adding to an existing practice, you’ll leave with a clear path forward.

• 13 Weekly Online Modules focused on coaching principles, horse partnership, intuitive development, energy dynamics, business foundations and more.

• Weekly Live Classes via Zoom for interactive learning, support, and connection.(recorded for review) where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with your cohort.

• A 5.5 Day In-Person Retreat in Cave Creek, AZ, where your learning becomes embodied and your confidence takes root in the arena.

• Private Online Community for support between classes and ongoing connection.

• 1:1 Coaching with members of our team to help you integrate and personalize what you're learning.

• Four Case Studies to complete your certification and apply what you’ve learned in real sessions.
