This Is Professional Coach Training. Training Coaches to Lead With Skill, Integrity, and Heart.
The Freedom Way® Equine-Assisted Coaching Certification is for those who feel called to do this work with integrity, ethical practice, and respect for the horse–human partnership.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program or a shortcut certification.
It is a comprehensive, experiential training that prepares you to work skillfully with clients and horses—grounded in ethical practice, trauma-informed coaching, energetic awareness, and the recognition of the horse as a sentient, communicative partner.
Graduates leave not just certified, but deeply trained—with the presence, clarity, and confidence to facilitate meaningful, transformative work.
We train coaches who lead from clarity and compassion, grounded in professional standards and guided by intuition, empathy, and lived experience.
A Different Standard in Equine-Assisted Coaching
The equine-assisted field has grown quickly, and with that growth comes a wide range of training models. The Freedom Way® exists to set and uphold a higher standard.
Our approach is rooted in:
-
Ethical responsibility to both client and horse
-
Professional readiness and applied skill
-
Embodiment over theory alone
-
Presence over performance
-
Partnership over control
Rather than following rigid scripts or predetermined outcomes, our coaches are trained to listen deeply—to the client, to the horse, and to the moment itself.
What Makes The Freedom Way® Training Distinct
Horse As A Sentient Partner
Horses are not tools, props, or metaphors. They are conscious, responsive beings whose feedback matters. Coaches are trained to recognize, interpret, and honor equine communication—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Client-Centered, Moment-Led
Sessions are shaped by what is present, not by a checklist. Coaches learn how to meet clients where they are, allowing insight, movement, and transformation to emerge organically.
Embodied Learning
This training emphasizes being with, not just knowing about. Coaches develop somatic awareness, emotional regulation, and relational presence—skills that cannot be learned through theory alone.
Intuition With Discernment
Intuitive awareness and empathic attunement are cultivated within a grounded, ethical framework. Coaches learn how to trust their inner knowing while maintaining professional boundaries and clarity.
Professional Readiness
Graduates leave prepared—not just inspired. This training supports coaches in stepping into their work with confidence, competence, and integrity.
A Business That Reflects Who You Are
Create a practice that is a direct expression of your values and heart, rather than a cookie-cutter model. When your business grows from alignment with self, it becomes more sustainable, authentic, and positioned for long-term success.
