The Freedom Way® Level 1 Certification Course Refund Policy

 

At The Freedom Way®, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all participants. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund request. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in the Level 1 Certification course.

Refund Terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit – A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot in the program. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and included as part of your payment in full of $3,997.

  2. Partial Refund Eligibility – Of the remaining $3,499 balance, a refund of $1,700 is available if requested within 30 days of the program start date.

  3. No Refunds After 30 Days – After 30 days from the program start date, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

 

Refund Request Process:

  1. To request a refund, participants must submit a written request via email to info@freedomwayequinecoaching.com with their full name and reason for withdrawal.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

  3. Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at enrollment.
