Herd Huddle

 

An online support group for The Freedom Way® certified coaches. We meet monthly via Zoom. The group offers opportunities for personal and professional development, networking, and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with other coaches: As individual coaches, sometimes we work in isolation. Herd Huddle is an opportunity to connect with other Freedom Way coaches who share your passion for coaching with horses. This is a place where you can share your experiences, challenges, and successes.

  • Receive support: This group offers a variety of resources and support to help you navigate the challenges of your work, as well as support others.

  • Develop professionally: The group provides you with the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in equine assisted coaching.

It doesn’t matter what stage your business is in. If you are a Freedom Way® certified coach, we encourage you to join us.

Some of the benefits of participating in Herd Huddle are:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety: Equine assisted coaches can experience stress and anxiety due to the nature of their work and running a business by oneself. Here you’ll receive support from others who understand what you’re experiencing.

  • Increased self-confidence and inspiration: When you participate and ask your questions, are open to receiving feedback, share your experiences, and learn new things you’ll infuse your practice with renewed self-confidence and inspiration.

  • Develop a strong support network: Connect with other Freedom Way coaches and develop a strong support network with other coaches who can offer support, advice, and encouragement. These relationships are invaluable.

Here is a sample of some of the topics we may discuss:

  • Client challenges: Share your experiences working with clients and get feedback from other coaches.

  • Professional development: Learn about new trends and other topics in equine assisted coaching to get ideas for how to improve your practice.

  • Personal growth: Share your personal experiences and get support from other coaches.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate on projects and share resources.

When: The last Wednesday of each month from 1:30 – 2:30 pm, AZ time.
